Nicole Salice is a Certified
Personal Trainer through the National Personal Training
Institute and also a Nutritionist, acquiring her degree from
Cal Poly. Nicole’s philosophies are rooted in science. She
believes in combining resistance training with aerobic
intervals and functional training to attain results quickly
and safely. Consistently employing sound, proven techniques
into every training program, Nicole is dedicated to devising
individualized plans based on her clients’ body type,
helping him or her succeed in becoming healthier and
happier.
Born and raised in Los Gatos, Nicole is incredibly connected
and grateful to be able to help locals achieve their health
and fitness goals. Athletic by nature, Nicole stood out as a
valuable asset to her high school softball and basketball
teams at Los Gatos High School. Since then, she has
conquered her own battle with gaining and losing weight and
understands the struggles and rewards experienced through
this journey.

Jen Brda is committed to formulating comprehensive training
programs tailored to meet the needs of her clients. Taking
an individualized approach to training guarantees that time
spent together is productive, innovative and challenging.
She is a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and holds
certifications through the National Academy of Sports
Medicine (NASM), and the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Jen has a background in softball and competitive figure
skating and enjoys finding new ways to peak her clients'
interest through motivation, creativity, and specialized
program design. She carries a firm belief that a solid
foundation in core strength and stabilization is paramount
in reaching one's fitness potential.
Jen specializes in body fat reduction, strength training,
corrective exercise, core stability, and post rehabilitation
training. Jen's clients achieve a new outlook on a healthy
lifestyle encompassing all areas of nutrition, exercise,
attitude and general well-being.
