In-home training combines convenience with confidentiality to bring you the ultimate fitness experience. There has been a shift in the health and fitness industry that has retired bulky machines that were once thought to be essential. We now know that machinery at the gym does more harm than good in training and preparing the human body to move and function in everyday life. This progress has brought us back to basics. Experts now believe that it is not the use of equipment that brings about results. Instead, people are being urged to employ a more functional style of training. Functional training requires minimal equipment and trains the body to properly perform everyday movements in all three planes of motion using total body, weight bearing exercises.
